“How much do custom patches cost in the UK?” is the right question and the wrong one. The right part: you should know what moves the number before you brief a designer. The wrong part: nobody honest publishes a grid that survives a 2-inch cap logo and a 5-inch back piece on the same page.

What we will not do
We do not publish a public price list. Coverage, unique shapes, 3D puff, chenille yarn, leather finish, and PVC tooling are different jobs. The quote form’s optional budget slider runs from £60 to £10,000+ so we know the band you are in — it is not a catalogue SKU.

Type is not a shortcut to “cheap”
- Embroidered looks expensive on a jacket; dense fill still costs.
- Woven is not automatically cheaper — fine gauges take time.
- Printed wins on colour count, not always on unit price.
- PVC has moulding setup; it pays off on weatherproof runs, not on a 5-piece fashion badge.
- Chenille yarn on a large letter is a different product to a 2-inch crest.
- Leather hide and finishing sit in their own band.
Minimums and second designs
Minimum is 5 patches per design. A chest logo and a name tab are two designs. A subdued set and a full-colour set are two designs. Mixing sizes in one bag without telling us still counts as separate specs. That is the same rule as size and MOQ.

- Share Pantones if colour is contractual.
- Approve the free mockup in writing — production time starts then, not at first email.
After approval, typical production plus free UK-wide shipping is 7–12 business days. Rush exists; ask on the quote. Do not pick printed only to “save money” if the brand needs a raised merrowed look on an £80 jacket.
