Refund & Returns Policy
Custom patches are made to your approved mockup. This page explains when we can refund or remake an order. Last updated 26 August 2026.
Made-to-order products
Patches are manufactured after you approve a digital mockup. Because each run is custom, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind, a size you later decide is too large or too small, or artwork you later want to revise.
Money-back guarantee
If we produce patches that do not match the mockup you approved — for example a clear error in spelling we introduced, or a finish that is not the one on the proof — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will remake the order or refund, at our discretion.
Damage in transit
If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email photos to info@thecustomizedpatches.com within 3 days of delivery so we can help with a replacement.
