Hi-vis, waterproof, and heat
Iron-on is the wrong default on fluorescent shells and taped waterproofs. Heat can damage coatings; adhesive often will not bond. Sewing can puncture a waterproof membrane. Tell us the garment name on the quote. Sometimes the honest answer is a Velcro field sewn on by your kit supplier, then a hook-backed patch from us — not a household iron on a £200 coat. Artwork we can and cannot run
Original team nicknames, charity marks you own, and authorised unit files are normal custom work. We do not reproduce protected official crests, ranks, crowns, or another brigade’s badge from a phone photo because someone asked. If you are ordering for an authorised programme, say so and send the files you are allowed to use. The same rule as our military line.
